Daily Peek: Pillow talk.
I currently have 13 different pictures hanging on my bedroom or adjoining bathroom walls; each represent something (or someone) I want to pray about / for each day. These three pictures hang right beside my bed; you’re seeing what they look like from my pillow vantage point. Seven of my 13 pictures feature close friends; in these three pictures you’re seeing, from top to bottom, cousin Marisa, Cousin Cate and mama-to-be Ashley.
Each picture I’ve picked of my friends represents something specific I’m praying for in their lives: I’m praying for Marisa, seen above laying in the grass, to never lose a sense of wonder at God’s hand in her life; for Cate, seen in a very up-close shot, I’m praying that she’ll recognize the stunning beauty God has given her; and for Ashley, seen holding her first baby, I’m praying for a continuation of her ability to nurture the people God places in her life.
I’ll show you the other ten pictures sometime soon.

What a beautiful thing to surround yourself by and what a blessing you have given your friends to pray for them in such a special and sincere way.
What a great idea! My apartment is full of pictures…now I can not only use those as a reminder of great memories with friends & family, but as a reminder to continue praying for them.

Love it! And I love the intention behind your shots. You’ve just started a trend, girl, and a good one.
Just so y’all know, I didn’t actually take these pictures… just picked them and framed them.
