I can’t tell you how many times I’ve informed Katie of something I’ve said or written to a boy only to be informed that all of my boy privileges were being revoked unless I began clearing everything with her first to make sure it’s a good idea.  Let’s just say I’m not that good being mysterious or flirty or, um, even just normal with boys.  Katie, however, is The Ultimate Girl Every Guy Falls For After Just Meeting Her Once.

Katie and I were in my car earlier when I began telling her Something Involving Me And A Boy, specifically something I had written to him in an email that I thought was funny.

“It was funny, right?  I mean, if you were him, would you think it was funny?”

“Amy Beth, did you really write that?”

I nodded my head and Katie began laughing so hard that she actually had to hold her head in her hand.  I’m guessing that’s a good sign that my privileges are being revoked again, like stat.
