1. What is your current obsession?

Making sure my suitcase weighs no more than 50 lbs. Like, not even an ounce more.  It is not going well.

2. What are you wearing today?

The most comfortable clothes in my closet. I’m going to be on a plane or in an airport for the next day and a half, yo.

3. What’s for dinner?

Whatever the closest restaurant is in our terminal. Definitely not airline food! Gag me.

4. What’s the last thing you bought?

Some ear plugs!  I’m going to have to be able to sleep on at least part of the plane trip…

5. What are you listening to right now?

My playlist for the plane ride! Maybe I should stop since I’m going to be hearing it quite a bit…

6. What is your favorite quote?

Hmm. One of my favorites of the moment: “It’s not the perfect but the imperfect that need love” from An Ideal Husband.

7. What language do you want to learn?

I picked up some Italian when I spent three weeks in Italy a few years ago. I’ve tried so hard to retain the little I learned because it’s such a gorgeous language, but it’s quickly fading… così triste! (So sad!)

8. What do you love most about where you currently live?

I live outside of Chattanooga, which has an incredible downtown area that I just love.

9. If you could travel anywhere, where would you go?

I’d like to go somewhere that has a bed on a beach. Maybe my honeymoon one day?

10. If you could do or be anything (career wise), what would you be?

Wife / mother / writer / photographer / giver of love? Is there a position for all of that?

11. What’s your favorite piece of clothing in your own wardrobe?

I have a black dress that I absolutely love; it’s a babydoll one with capped sleeves. Darling!

12. Describe your personal style?

HA! I wish I had style.

13. Do you collect anything?

I was about to say no, but then I remembered that I have four pairs of wellies each with matching umbrellas. So, um, yes.

14. What makes you follow a blog?

Excellent writing, personal stories.  I love to read blogs!

15. What makes you comment on a blog?

I’m a “lurker” on most blogs I read, which makes me totally understand all of you who lurk on my blog. I have about 150 blogs I read on a regular basis (many of them being your blogs that you have no idea I read!), but not all of them update regularly. Plus, I’m a fast reader.

16. What is the most enjoyable thing you did today?

The puppies woke me up this morning, per their usual habit.  I’m really going to miss them.

17. What’s your favorite thing to do when you have free time?

Perhaps it should be packing since I haven’t finished yet and it’s almost time to leave?
