I think we can learn so much from each other in terms of our religious differences. Like how I read and adore your blog even though I'm Jewish. I'm not Orthodox, but I have a lot of friends who are and I have often felt so sorry for them on hot days because Orthodox women have to wear dark colors, long skirts, long sleeves, and keep their heads covered. I once asked a friend of mine how she can stand it on really hot days and she said that in moments of discomfort she feels even closer to God. She dresses the way she does because they believe that is what God commands them to do. And doing it, whether it is uncomfortable or not, always reminds her of her identity as a Jew and reminds her that she is connected to God. I think that's really nice.
