well! i have been growing a baby! i also took a BUNCH of kids to visalia, ca for a mission trip, and just tonight got done helping lead a 1000+ kid VBS.

clearly, i need to sleep for a week. luckily we leave for the beach on sunday!!!

I got a boyfriend.

Ok not really but did you get excited/jealous just for a second.

Really I went to the markets, ate lots of cheese, planned a community outreach event, wrote 8 youth bible studies, did some assignments, got in throuble at work and ate a giant hot chip (fry?)

Well, since you’ve been gone…I went to Holiday World, which is a really fun amusemen park – that’s prolly the most fun I’ve had this whole time. Other than that it’s been pretty crummy -we just found out my Grandma has cancer. BUT…I have really enjoyed reading your blog because it always makes me laugh! Thanks!

Well, the first couple of days you were gone were rocky, you know why HAHAHAA… THen after the A/C was FINALLY fixed, it was GREAT… UNtil the puppies instisted that I wake up at 7:30 A.M. EVERY morning, even if I had been awake for most of the night playing telephone-pictionary with some friends, and of course playing with them. The last full week you were gone, Sade and Lea came over. VBS was going on at our church, and they live in Ga, so I invited them to stay with me. they mostly spent their days playing with the puppies, or swimming at the Blue Hole with Honour and me. My last few days there were quiet, so I sat there, doing nothing Glad you are almost HOME!!!!!!

I’ve had a couple of sick kids.
My mom and niece and nephews moved out of my house two months early.
I’ve learned some things about family in the last couple of days that make my heart hurt more than it ever has. Lies are ugly.
I’ve gone camping with a blog friend turned IRL friend and laughed harder than I have in ages.
I used a dog comb on my hair this morning because I.CANNOT.FIND.MY.BRUSH!

and I’ve missed you something MAD while you’ve been gone!

I hope that you’ll be back to “normal” soon. I’m sorry to say jetlag on the way back is the worst! Whatever you do, do NOT sleep outside of normal night sleeping hours…naps’ll only make it worse!

I’m so glad that you had a great trip and look forward to more stories!

As for my last couple of weeks, they’ve been rather boring, except for this week, as it’s Power Camp at church and I’m spending my evenings loving on a group of 4, 5, and 6yos. Contentment in singleness/childlessness is tough…

Hope your trip home goes well and that your move is quick and easy! If your dogs DID happen to pack up your house for you while you were gone, you need to hire them out as movers. I’d pay good money to see two tiny dogs packing boxes.

We did a whole room remodel for our youngest daughter, transitioning her from a crib to a super cute pink princess bed. So far, she seems to prefer sleeping on the floor, which is where we’ve found her every morning when we go in to get her up. To each her own, I guess.

aahhhhh! I love the part about you talking in a british accent and getting more fruit because of it . . . smoooooth I wanna try that sometime!

While you were gone, I went to DC for a week long internship with a wedding photographer there. It was AMAzing, and it totally gave my photography business the boost it needed. I’m official now! I also started designing my website and completely redesigned my blog, and am so super happy with the results, I look so profesh now

So, yeah, now you have heard about the exciting life of a complete stranger over the past few weeks. I knew you wanted to hear all of it
