Reunited and it feels so good.
You can barely see anything at all, mainly because as soon as I actually see the puppies, I abandon my camera on my bedroom floor because who has time for holding a camera when you’re seeing your wee little puppies for the first time in almost three weeks? But really, I think it’s the audio that’s the real gem here.
Other items of interest:
1. If you aren’t a pet lover, you should probably not watch. It’ll make you sick to your stomach when you hear how many times I say “Oh, mama missed you so much!”
2. Yes, that’s Rocky Top that I start humming as I’m reading the note that Anna left taped to my bedroom door. I had no idea I hummed that until I watched this video for the first time. I guess I just had good ‘ol Tennessee on the brain.
3. I love those two puppies something fierce.

I know when we get home from vacation – its a good hour of our voices raised about 2 octaves in showing how much we missed our babies too!!!

Glad you are safely back in our wonderful country and back in our wonderful state. (I’m born and bred TN and have lived here all my life, outside Nashville in Madison for the last 24 years–your whole life.) Can’t see the video at work but will probably also be grinning and tearing when I see it at home. Glad you had a good trip. Good luck with your move to your wonderful new home. Praying for you during this time of transition. P.S. I do not think at all strange that you hummed Rocky Top to provide background music for your video. Duh, just makes sense.
