Amy Beth, my husband just stood mesmerized through the entire video. He walked over to see what I was watching and just stared at you through the whole thing with his mouth hanging open. I think he is going to go buy me some of those pink velcro rollers stat.

Amy, I for the life of me do not know how I came across your blog, but it CRACKS me up!! I have been out of town and had gotten behind on my blog reading. I am having a lazy day today making up and I just want you to know you are influencing future generations. I have a 7 year old (her name is Sarah Beth. Names are just cuter with Beth in them, aren’t they? And I have a 2 year old Kate. They both stopped what they were doing to watch your video. I mean, you had their full attention. I’m glad we had that moment b/c Sarah’s hair is straight as a board and Kate has corkscrew curls. I am already looking 10 years into the future when Kate is devoted to the flat iron and Sarah lives in the big pink curlers. It’s just bound to happen. Anyway, thanks for being such a great role model for my girls.

You are too funny! You are a brave woman doing your hair live for the bloggy world to see. I really have nothing to contribute to this conversation because my life is defined by bad hair days and not so bad hair days – what do I know? I have been cursed with naturally curly out of control hair, which I have unfortunately passed on to my daughter. Bless her heart. : )

I do have one thing to mention. You will need to pass thing on to Gosling. It is not pronouced Looeyville – it is Louaville. Just trying to help the boy out.

Just got mine cut and it’s really, really short and spikey. I have not achieved the appropriate minimal spike level yet and am avoiding all cameras and videos until that has been rectified.

YOU are cracking me up!! I loved the video and I wish you and your whole crew lived on my block because you’re FUN!!!

I have always wondered how the velcro roller thing worked, so I appreciate the tutorial…I might have to try it sometime, although my hair might be too heavy and attitudinal for it.

And for the record, I’m quite sure God doesn’t mind if you pray about your hair. My mom makes fun of me because every time I have company, I always pray (out loud) over the food that it won’t kill anyone. I’m a good cook, I’ve been told, so I don’t know why I feel the need to continue covering my food in prayer, but I figure the first time I leave that out – WHAM. not good.

love it!!!!!! will never use any other hairspray that that-ever!

BELIEVE ME. im from texas and here- the higher your hair the closer you are to the LORD. (seriously, we take big hair pretty seriously) try using that next time.

I mean, you’ve got that down to a science, sister! Watch out British Boy! And I would SO love to put your instruction to good use, but I have enough hair for 4 small children…I’ll have to save it for my girls who are a little less hair endowed!
