Right before I began my sophomore year of college, I decided to start a ministry – all at the tender age of 18. Needing help, I began knocking on doors in my dorm and found six other girls who were willing to help me get it off the ground. We christened it Starlite and the rest is history!

Today we operate three programs under the Starlite umbrella: Twinkle (for elementary school girls); Sparkle (for middle school girls) and Glow (for high school girls). Our programs currently operate in ten public schools in the East Tennessee area with a volunteer team of several hundred women in their twenties making sure that each and every girl in our programs feels oh so fabulous!

All of our programs and events are absolutely free. After all, that’s just the way it should be, now isn’t it?
